I’ve been using this app for several months to dive neck deep into a remodel project, however lately it continuously freezes up on me. I have been unable to do more than open a drawing, click on a task and that’s it. Done. I close, clear history, reopen only to have the same thing happen. It’s now pretty much useless. I’ve tried many times to delete the app and reinstall without success. I’ve got a lot of hours of work into my remodel layouts including accurate house measurements AND furniture measurements. I’m incredibly frustrated. I tried clicking on ‘support’ and got some nearly illegible message about ‘maintenance’. And yes, I did purchase all the ‘in app options’.

If you are having issues with your HVAC, try touring your home before calling a professional. This will help the contractor determine where the problem is and how to fix it.

Know what work you need before you select an HVAC contractor.It will be difficult for an HVAC contractor to give you with an estimate on the phone if they have not seen your current system. It will be way more hard if you don’t know what’s wrong.

Clean any debris on an external condenser units. You don’t know when things are going to pile up, especially after a windy or rainy storm, and that can throw a wrench in your system. It could overheat and cause your unit.

Turn the power off first so you don’t get hurt or break something. Then, pop off its grills, pull the blades out, and gently clean them as well as the unit itself.

Lubricate your condenser once each year. You will notice these ports have a rubber or metal caps. Use a lightweight, and put 10 drops or fewer in each port, putting 10 drops in each port.

It is always a good idea to swap out single pane windows for double panes. This also helps keep it warm in heat when it gets cold.

A programmable thermostat can help you save money on your power bills. Some of these thermostats can even be controlled from your smart phone or other device.
